The Eagle Shadow project required full-service excavation and site development on a vegetated lot. We began with clearing and grubbing to remove vegetation and prepare the area for foundation work. A four-foot overexcavation was performed beneath the building footprint to remove unsuitable soils. We then installed non-woven geotextile fabric and placed four feet of imported Class 1 structural fill in uniform, compacted lifts to establish a stable base.

Once the foundation was backfilled, we performed rough and fine grading for landscape design and utility corridors. Our team installed a drainage culvert, completed the connection to wet utilities, and implemented a range of erosion control features including a silt fence, tracking pad, and final hydromulching and seeding for long-term revegetation.

The scope and sequencing of this project highlights our ability to manage multiple phases of development efficiently and precisely.
